Ruth Lake is surrounded by seven picturesque campgrounds, providing its visitors with a variety of amenities. Below is a short list of facilities and a link to each campground’s map. (Mad River, Fir Cove and Bailey Canyon are USFS campgrounds. Please visit the USFS website for information about these campgrounds.)

Day Use
Old Ruth, Sheriff’s Cove and Blue Slide are the Lake’s Day Use areas - open from 8am to 8pm. These picnic sites are perfect for a day’s simple getaway or an early morning fishing trip. And all offer easy access to Ruth Lake!
